At Succulents World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery; if your plants or planters arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the succulents using the original protective materials to ensure the plants remain secure and hydrated during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
